New & Used Crusader Caravans Newcastle

We are extremely proud of our new van and are enjoying working with the team at Crusader. The van and tow tug have been weighed and thankfully both show green lights in terms of weight. I didn't let Mrs Emery know that we have a spare 600kgs left in the van. I will save that for carrying important stuff like beer and wine. My comments are very genuine and the experiences are real. When I get a few sunny photos of the van in use, I will share them with you.

Rick and Donna at Crusader Newcastle were so helpful and supportive throughout our caravan purchase journey. We met them at a caravan and camping show, visited them at Gateshead a couple of times and emailed many times with questions and asking for advice. We can not recommend Crusader Newcastle often, nor loud enough! From the first time we walked in to look at the Crusader Chameleon and spoke to Donna and Rick, through to the order/modification/selection process, they were accommodating, helpful, tolerant and just terrific to deal with! Nothing was too much trouble! Donna always has a smile and always kept us to date with the process! When our van was ready, handover was extremely detailed and not at all hurried by the great service department! We love our van and have no issues with anything about it! Our handover for our new Crusader was exceptionally professional and comprehensive . Not only did we learn about our new van but gained many small tips on making our life on the road easier. From signing the contract up until handover Crusader Newcastle kept us informed about all delivery updates and any changes to the original contract At handover the team went “above and beyond” to assist us in moving the caravan into a local caravan park while our tow vehicle was being repaired .
